There has been a lot of discussion in the VFX community on VFX “fairness” since the James Cameron Letter was released. This triggered the VFX Online Town Hall discussions, it is worth checking out.
I think it is really important to know what is going on in the VFX job world that we are sending our kids out into. I am not from the LA area and am a bit disconnected from the scene, but I do work in the industry.
