Let me tell you Carlos Baena is awesome, I saw him speak and hung out with him a couple years back. He is a Pixar Animator, Animation Mentor instructor, a very inspirational speaker and entertaining speaker, and comes from the beautiful Canary Islands of the coast of Spain.
